  • Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, the Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers opportunities for recent graduates, graduate students, and developing professionals and artists to conduct career-launching study and research abroad. There are also opportunities to teach English in countries around the world.

  • Applicants must be US Citizens by October of the application year. Depending on the country of application, foreign language proficiency may not be expected. Most Research and Fulbright-Clinton Public Policy fellowships do expect proficiency in the host country language.
