Davis Projects for Peace
Sophomore, Junior, Senior
Established in 2007 to mark the 100th Birthday of philanthropist Kathryn Wasserman Davis, the award will support Projects for Peace in the Summer. One project and one alternate will be identified and submitted as Duke's nomination to the Davis Projects for Peace in mid-February.
Awards available in support of domestic or international projects intended "to build peace in the 21st Century."
A two page proposal and one page budget submitted electronically (.doc file attached to an email) to the Campus Liaison, Senior Associate Dean Sabrina Thomas. Applicants must also have a support letter from a faculty member or an academic department. The budget template and proposal outline can be found here http://www.davisprojectsforpeace.org/forms.
